Monthly & Quarterly Reports & Analysis

Using your email marketing service, Google analytics and our custom dashboard, I’ll put together regular reports interpreting proprietary metrics to identify risks, opportunities and successes. I’ll also keep you up to date with developments in the industry, such as client privacy changes and inbox placement best practices.

Monthly Reports: Twice per quarter on the first of the month, with attention paid to the metrics you’re currently focused on optimizing: conversions, TSC, etc.

Quarterly Reports: Once per quarter I’ll do a much more significant deep-dive into traffic, subscriber and conversion growth. Again, focused around goals we have set.

Bi-Quarterly Strategy Calls

Two calls per quarter to discuss anything email or funnel-related in more detail: challenges, analysis from the reports, or upcoming opportunities.

Bi-Yearly Domain Health Checks

As part of every second quarterly report, I’ll also run your primary sending domain through a variety of health checks.

This will come with analysis and tips for improving sender score, deliverability, inbox placement, and reducing spam.

48-Hour Email Response Window

I will be available for advice via email with a ~48 hour maximum response time. If you are having any issues with email, conversion or subscriber journey related I will be available.
